So while this new joint from Omarion isn’t what I thought it would be…it’s ok.  It sounds like same ol’ Omarion.  I was expecting a Timbaland BANGA!  That it is not.  Hope it does well.

Omarion cuts his hair.  I personally think he looks better with the braids (minus the 2 inch baby hair) but I guess time will tell.  What do you think?

What is Swagger?  Swagger in my opinion has nothing to do with how a person looks and everything to do with how that person carries theirself and how they present  theirself to the world.  Swagger envolves everything from the way that person looks at you to the way that person dresses.  Swagger is about their personality.  How they interact with people, how they stand up for themselves, the way they move, the way they look at you, the glare in their eyes, the tone of voice they use, it’s a kind of street sexiness.  You know what I mean?  Not that pretty boy  model, cut in all the right places sexy, but that griddy, hood, know how to handle myself and my business sexy!  Leave it up to me and I’ll always choose swagger over cute and sexy.  Below is a list of Swaggerlicious Men vs. Sexilicious Men.  I’m curious to know what everyone thinks.  Please leave your comments and your preference: Swagger vs. Sexy!

Ice Tstarted beef with Rap artist (?) Soulja Boy.  Soulja Boy took a stab back at Ice T and started the back and forth YouTube argument between the two.  Kanye West defended Souljah Boy saying that he is the true meaning HipHop because he made his own beats and created a new saying, new sound and a new dance all in one song.  Lil Wayne performed on Jimmy Kimmel Live!  Timbaland got married last night in Aruba!  Congrats!  According to TMZ.com, Missy Elliot, Omarion and Jimmy Iovine were all in attendance.   It has been confirmed that the talented Amy Winehouse has emphysema.  50 Cent decided to sue his baby mom Shaniqua for defamation of character.  Game starts beef with 50 Cent and Yayo in Young Buck’s defense.  Awww.  Apparently they have a mix tape coming out soon.  Check out the Ice T vs. Soulja Boy You Tube videos on the “Music” page.   

After his break with Sony earlier this year, Omarion has signed with Timbaland’s record label - Mosley Music Group.  His new album with this label is out by the end of this year and Timbaland is set to Executive Produce the project.  The new album is set to feature Keri Hilson and Justin Timberlake.

Here’s what Omarion, who is now 23, had to say about the new label and the new album:

I can’t wait to hear what this album sounds like. Those Timbaland beats are hot!  While I don’t think Omarion is the best singer around, he is a darn good entertainer.  What do you think?
