We all heard the recent rumors of Alicia Keys and Swiss Beats supposedly dating.  There are actually a couple rumors out there about A. Keys being involved with Mos Def.  * side eye *  Normally this wouldn’t be a problem but given the fact that Swiss Beats is married to R & B singer Mashonda and the two have a son, Kaseem Jr. born in December 2007, makes this some out of control ish.  

Apparently Mashonda responded to an email A. Keys sent Swizz Beats on his Blackberry letting her know that he was a very married man.  That has not stopped Keys from pursing him though.  As it’s been reported that Swizz Beats has shown up at a couple of A. Keys’ ‘As I Am’ tour locations.   

People connected to both Mashonda and Keys are reporting that this is ridiculous.  Neither party has denied the rumors though.  Both Mashonda’s people and Keys people are reporting that this whole “affair” is affecting both of them in a huge way.  Mashonda is left to deal with whether or not she’s going to continue in this marriage or divorce and have her son be the product of a broken home and the ‘As I Am’ tour is suffering because this whole “affair” is leaving a bad taste in people’s mouths…and that’s both the people on the tour with her and the concert goers. 

This is craziness!    We are so hype about what Alicia Keys is doing!  What about Swizz Beats.  He’s a grown a$$ man and hopefully he understands what this is doing to his family.  If not then Mashonda is better off without him!  Please leave your comments.

After filming a charity movie called “We are Together” Alicia Keys is considering adoption. She filmed the movie alongside South African orphans and has really been inspired to adopt kids from different races.
